Has anyone else used the Klipsch speakers or have thoughts about them? I'd like some thoughts so I can check the reviews and do some homework, but most of all i'd like some personal experience stories. So I ask the community what are some speakers in the $100-$250 range that you find great. I know there are much better speakers out there in the $400-500 with wireless or bluetooth (neither of which I need) but I think that is a bit too expensive for my needs.

They are still around $149-199 which fits my budget. Personally I don't think i'll ever have them that loud. I'm looking to get a new set for myself and went on line to check the various reviews of Klipsch and they are still reviewed very positively with the only two negatives I can find is the controls (yeah it has two knobs for volume and bass) and that when the volume gets super loud the sound will distort. Long story short, I still have them and gave them to my wife. Even though they were way out of warranty, the rep said if I paid for shipping, he's send me all the replacement parts at no charge. I really liked them so I called Klipsch and asked how much to replace the board inside the subwoofer. They lasted almost 10 years before the receiver blew. 200 watts of power, deep bass and pretty good mid-range audio.
